Hangzhou, China – On August 18, the Zhejiang Intellectual Property Association (ZIPA) and Hengtian co-hosted a seminar focused on trusted data spaces and AI agent applications. This event brought together over 30 participants from nearly 20 organizations—including entrepreneurs, executives, technical experts, IP professionals, and business representatives.
The event commenced with a tour of the exhibition hall at Insigma (also known as Insigma Group, the parent company of Hengtian). Through detailed presentations and explanations, attendees gained deep insights into the development history of both Insigma and Hengtian, their strategic positioning in the “Smart + Industry” sectors, as well as Hengtian’s technical achievements and hands-on experience in data governance and mid-platform construction.
Dr. Yu Cao, Deputy Secretary-General of ZIPA, provided an in-depth interpretation of data intellectual property and data asset accounting, highlighting their core concepts and significant value in light of recent policy and technology trends.
Following this, Dr. Xiaoqiong Zhao, Assistant Vice President of Hengtian and Technology Director of Insigma, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the technical architecture of trusted data spaces and the implementation path for AI agents. Dr. Zhao presented a comprehensive overview of Hengtian’s independently developed AlphaDP Data Asset Platform, highlighting its robust underlying data infrastructure capabilities. He detailed the integration of intelligent engines with blockchain technology to facilitate secure data circulation and unlock tangible business value. Furthermore, Dr. Zhao elaborated on the technical architecture and evolutionary path of AI agents, underscoring their transformative potential in spurring innovation and enabling value conversion across industries. His insights provided fresh perspectives on deploying intelligent data applications within a fully compliant framework.
