November 5th, 2007, Hangzhou. According to the CTO of State Street Corp., State Street is planning to expand cooperation with Insigma to widen its software outsourcing capabilities. State Street intends to employ more talents in SSTZ (State Street Technology Zhejiang), a subsidiary of State Street, located in Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province, China. The employee number is expected to increase from 600 to 5000 in the coming three to five years.
