On December 20, 2007, led by Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province Shan Zhong, a group of senior officials from Hangzhou government, including Vice Mayor of Hangzhou Guili Tong, Secretary of High-tech Zone Guosheng Shang, Director of High-tech Zone Geng Zhang?visited Insigma Service Outsourcing Base. The delegation was warmly received by senior management of Insigma, including Chairman of Insigma Technology Chun Chen, Vice President Wei Xie and President of Insigma Hengtian Software Ltd. Bo Zhou.
Vice Governor Mr.Shan Zhong firstly paid a visit to the workplace of Insigma Hengtian Software Ltd, joint venture of State Street and Insigma, which specializes in the global software outsourcing business. During the visit, Vice Governor Mr.Shan Zhong was attentive to the introduction of the software outsourcing development process. And he was also displayed the software programming project on the scene. Furthermore, the low energy-consumption and high add-value industrial model of “human brain with computer” in Insigma Hengtian Software Ltd. was fully appreciated by the Governor group.
In a following discussion session, Insigma Technology Chairman Chun Chen introduced to the guests the accomplishment Insigma has made in recent years, especially the breakthrough made in software outsourcing business.
Vice Mayor Guili Tong pointed out, Hangzhou city, as one of the national foundations for developing service outsourcing, has played a much more important role in developing service outsourcing industry, and Insigma Technology Corp. has contributed much to this accomplishment. She sincerely expressed her hope that Insigma Technology would make persistent efforts and contribute more to the development of software industry and cultivation of service outsourcing talents.
