On Jan. 8th, 2008, the symposium on software engineering postgraduates cooperative training programs of Zhejiang University was held in College of Software Technology (Ningbo), Zhejiang University. A group of more than 50 delegates from Zhejiang University and other guests from over 20 cooperative corporations attended the symposium.
The meeting was hosted by Prof. Xiaohu Yang, Vice President of College of Software Technology (Ningbo), and an annual report on the 2007 software engineering postgraduates cooperative training programs of Zhejiang University was delivered by President Prof. Deren Chen. The attendance was introduced the achievements and development the cooperation system has brought, and each party was appreciated for their efforts.
The Awarding Ceremony was then held in the symposium. 2007 Best Partner Prize goes to SSTZ, Zhejiang Huawei Communication Technology Corp. and College of Media and International Culture, Zhejiang University; 2007 Best Training Base Prize goes to Zhejiang Huawei Communication Technology Corp; 2007 Best Practicing & Intern Base Prize goes to Insigma HengTian Software Ltd, Alibaba and ESSE Tech; 2007 Best Teacher of the Cooperative Corporation goes to Mingkuai Zhou from Huawei and Yuehong Zhou from Alibaba.
This symposium is greatly expected to push forward the development of ZJU software engineering postgraduates cooperative training programs and talents introduction of cooperative corporations like SSTZ and Insigma Hengtian.
