Project Management Training for HengTian technical managers by SSTZ CIO Albert M.A. was held in Hangzhou last month, from March 19th to March 21st. The training covered three areas: PMP Techniques Review?Key Project Management Tool and How to Manage the Relationship. Trainees were greatly impressed by Albert’s rich project management experience and excellent practical teaching skills.
This training is expected to help the trainees to get a better understanding of project management and develop better problem solving skills.
