<p class="pos">President and Chief Executive Officer, Insigma Hengtian Software Ltd. <Br>Vice President, Insigma Technology Co., Ltd.</p>Dr. Bo Zhou is CEO of Insigma Hengtian Software Ltd. and Vice President of Insigma Technology Co., Ltd.Under the leadership of Dr. Zhou, Hengtian has undergone major development within the past decade.As one of the first Chinese companies to provide technology services directly to Wall Street financial institutions, Hengtian has evolved into an exemplary enterprise with extensive innovation cooperation among industries, universities and research institutes, and in recent years has increasingly invested in its innovation efforts. <Br></Br>Hengtian has successfully executed its growth strategy of providing services directly to end clients in an active，steady manner and established long-term business relationships with global clients such as State Street, DST, Reuters, Cisco and Toshiba, and domestic clients such as the China Foreign Exchange Trade System, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), the Shanghai Clearing House and Shanghai Commercial Paper Exchange.<Br>In addition, it continues to introduce innovative solutions in fields such as financial technology, new retail, cloud services, big data and software quality assurance, to name a few. Between 2003 and 2005, Dr. Zhou took part in establishing Zheda Innovation UniverseSoft Ltd., serving as its Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. <Br></Br>UniverseSoft provided development and maintenance services for State Street Corporation’s core business systems, and was acquired by State Street in late 2005, later becoming State Street’s largest overseas research and development center. Dr. Zhou graduated from Zhejiang University with his PhD degree in Computer Applications. He has conducted extensive research in the fields of database management systems, software engineering, quality control and data analysis.
