On October 13th, Zucai Hu, Vice Chairman of China’s National Development and Reform Commission, along with Zhaohui Wu, President of Zhejiang University, Jianrong Weng, Vice Chairman of Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and Ling Li, Director of Hangzhou Development and Reform Commission visited Hengtian.
