Under the direction of the state Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, the Second International Outsourcing Business Development (IOBP) Summit was held ceremoniously in the Zhejiang Narada Grand Hotel May 24th -26th, 2009. The Summit was sponsored by the Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government and organized by the Hangzhou Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau.
The meeting gathered more than 500 participants, including senior leaders from relevant governmental departments and renowned experts and scholars from domestic and foreign financial institutions and financial BPO enterprises. They explored into the business solutions and cooperation opportunities for the integration of global enterprises. Under the current financial crisis, this summit was conspicuous, and the attendees discussed and analyzed the future trend of outsourcing service industry under this particular situation.
CEO of Insigma Technology, Lie Shi, and CEO of Insigma Hengtian attended this event. They exchanged views of development in the Chinese outsouring service industry with high-level leaders of the attended multinational corporations and domestic corporations. During the One-on-One Business Discussion, Hengtian’s reprensentatives communicated with the potential clients.
At this summit, Insigma Technology was awarded with “°The Best Business Practice on Promoting International Service Outsouring”again.
Insigma Technology is one of the top coporations in the software outsouring industry. In 2008, businesses of Insigma continued increasing at a 20% rate, and the annual business plan was basically complete. During the entire year, Insigma’s ending service output valued 80,000,000 US dollars, which grew by 20% in comparison to the same period last year. The number of employees in Insigma increased to 6,000, which was 50% more than last year. In 2009, Insigma will implement 6 new strategies:
