Kicked off on Nov. 2 in Boston, USA, the two-day 2022 NICSA General Membership Meeting has attracted a vast array of leading experts in global asset management to discuss today’s most pressing business issues, industry news, best practices and strategies.
Mr. Zhu Xiaochun (Joe), Vice President of Hengtian, has been named one of this year’s Nicsa Nova Award Emerging Leaders. This Award recognizes investment professionals under the age of 40 demonstrating excellence in performance innovation with outstanding contribution to the development of the asset management industry.
Graduated from Zhejiang University with a PhD in Computer Science and Technology, Mr. Zhu possesses a deep understanding of software engineering, software quality assurance, and software testing. At Hengtian, Xiaochun has long been leading our Software Quality Assurance team, which provides professional services and solutions including financial business testing, test automation, performance engineering, and security testing. Throughout the years, the team has forged long-term relationships with renowned global clients such as State Street, SS&C, Cisco, Dynabook and so on. Xiaochun also takes the charge of offshore IT service operations with State Street.
