The National Development and Reform Commission, along with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, and the State Administration of Taxation, recently announced that Hengtian had won the honor of Key Software Company within the National Development Blueprint (2013-2014).
This honor confirms that Hengtian is a nationally-recognized enterprise due to its outstanding R&D innovation practices and great potential for future development. Other honored companies include Netease, Taobao, Hikvison and Hundsun Electronics.
The National Key Software Company Evaluation, which is held twice a year, mainly evaluates the independent R&D products, R&D investments and company management structures of various enterprises. Recent years have seen increasingly fierce competition to gain this honor. During the 2011-2012 year period, 250 enterprises were selected as Key Software Companies, among which only 19 enterprises were Zhejiang-based.
