A ceremony took place at the Zhejiang University campus, June 26, 2013, where qualifications of the Zhejiang University Engineering Practice and Education National Centers were given out. During the ceremony, Hengtian received a plaque signifying this qualification. Hengtian’s Vice President Mr. Yang Jianjing also gave a speech on companies’ role in cultivating outstanding engineers.
Hengtian pays much attention to the cultivation of talents. It has worked with the Zhejiang University for many years in training Software Engineering talents. It collaborates with the Zhejiang University Computer Science College and Software College in providing fruitful joint curricula focused on Financial Information Technology. Hengtian also provides annual scholarships to twenty students in the Zhejiang University Software College.
The Zhejiang University Engineering Practice and Education National Center is a comprehensive educational platform aimed at cultivating Engineering experts, established by Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, and implemented by the universities and companies. Zhejiang University is one of the first universities in China that started the Engineering major.
