Insigma HengTian Software Ltd. has recently entered into an agreement with Alibaba to provide the B2B giant with IT outsourcing service opportunities. The agreement, signed in April 2007, indicates that HengTian will start providing a full range of sophisticated IT services to Alibaba, and its subsidiaries, in April 2007, and that both companies are looking forward to a long term mutually benefiting collaboration.
