In December of 2014, Hengtian signed a Project Cooperation Framework Agreement with Donghai Securities in building a Bond Straight Integrated Business Platform. The collaboration marks the continued growth of the relationship between the two parties.
Both parties will work to build the industry-leading Bond Straight Integrated Business Platform, which will embed the connection from The Central Securities Depository Trust & Clearing Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Clearing House. It will also integrate Donghai Securities’ fund risk control system and financial accounting system, allowing the company to implement paperless clearing procedures. The system will have a strong capacity for dealing with business instructions as well as a highly reliable and scalable foundation platform and user interface. This will improve the efficiency of transactions, fund monitoring, and risk control for Donghai Securities.
Since early 2011, Hengtian has built several platforms and systems for Donghai Securities, including the Integrated Market Data Service Platform and the Bond Straight Clearing System. These systems have been very stable since they’ve been released, and garnered much praise from clients.
