Between 2003 and 2005, Dr. Zhou took part in establishing Zheda Innovation UniverseSoft Ltd., serving as its Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. <Br></Br>UniverseSoft provided development and maintenance services for State Street Corporation’s core business systems, and was acquired by State Street in late 2005, later becoming State Street’s largest overseas research and development center. Dr. Zhou graduated from Zhejiang University with his PhD degree in Computer Applications. He has conducted extensive research in the fields of database management systems, software engineering, quality control and data analysis.
