In 2024, Hengtian commemorates its 20th anniversary. Over the last two decades, Hengtian has transitioned from a technology center at Zhejiang University to a global technology services company, attracting adept individuals and accomplishing significant milestones.
At present, Hengtian boasts a workforce exceeding 2,500 employees, all possessing profound technical expertise, extensive business knowledge, and exceptional project management skills which have garnered recognition from clients. We have cultivated enduring partnerships with numerous Fortune 500 companies and prominent enterprises, establishing our standing as a dependable, efficient, and professional global IT service provider.
On July 29th, Hengtian hosted an illustrious celebration for its 20th Anniversary Town Hall. The event exuded elation and reflection on our achievements as well as prospects for the future. Mr. Bo Zhou, CEO of Hengtian, delivered an eloquent address to all Hengtian members. The following excerpt is from his speech:
Time has swiftly passed, encompassing twenty 4-seasons. At this moment, I am moved by this realization. Throughout this journey, Hengtian has encountered various vicissitudes, weathering economic cycles, and has gradually advanced to its present magnitude. This is the collective result of each employee’s contributions, and our trajectory continues to progress.
We have long upheld the principle of “achieving client success,” assisting each client with earnestness and professional dexterity, hence earning enduring trust. We maintain steadfast partnerships with numerous domestic and global clients, including State Street, SS&C, CFETS, Hangzhou Bank, and others. We have also remained committed to the principle of “cultivating talents,” steadfast in our belief that employees constitute the primary asset of the company. I have always envisioned one of Hengtian’s missions as empowering every employee to harness their intellectual capacities and uncover fitting opportunities for advancement within this platform.
Every achievement along this path emanates from the concerted efforts of each employee. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to every current and former employee, irrespective of their current pursuits. Twenty years have swiftly passed, and I am confident that Hengtian holds an especially promising future.
